Homecockpit-Simulation applies the VAT exemption for small businesses pursuant to Section 19(1) of the German VAT Act (UStG). VAT is therefore not shown separately on invoices.
A personal German tax number is not published on this website.
Consumer dispute resolution
Homecockpit-Simulation is currently neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
The former European Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR platform) has been discontinued. Therefore, no link to that platform is provided.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
German law applies. In relation to consumers, this choice of law applies only to the extent that it does not deprive the consumer of mandatory protection granted by the law of the country of the consumer's habitual residence.
For consumers, the statutory places of jurisdiction apply. Any deviating jurisdiction agreement applies only where it can be validly agreed under the applicable statutory provisions, in particular Section 38 of the German Code of Civil Procedure (ZPO). This website does not establish an exclusive deviating place of jurisdiction for consumers.
Original Aircraft Parts / OEM components
Homecockpit-Simulation trades in and/or integrates original aviation and cockpit components for Flight Simulation applications. Unless expressly confirmed otherwise in writing for a specific offer, components offered or converted are not intended for installation in an airworthy aircraft, continued airworthiness purposes, or return to operational aircraft service.
Part numbers, serial numbers, manufacturer names and other technical identifiers are used solely for clear identification and description of the respective components.
